Hey people! It's almost time to say goodbye to 2016 and welcome 2017!

I hope 2016 has been a good year for you guys. I know that there's been a lot of division and anger in our world this year thanks to politics, heartbreak and war but one thing I've come to learn is that things are never quite as bad as they seem and that every cloud has a silver lining- you just need to look hard enough to see it.

All things considered, 2016 was an alright year for me. It was pretty bland for the most part but in November I took a trip to Singapore and had an awesome time. I met up with a friend, went to Universal Studios Singapore, attended Anime Festival Asia and more. You can see the pictures and videos from my trip here.

So, this image comes from the Love Live card game. The image is Maki and it is based on the "No Brand Girls" song. You can see the original image here. The name comes from 'The Tatami Galaxy', a 2010 anime by Madhouse. I watched it recently and I found it pretty damn good so I'd recommend it.
